Trust
The SSN College of Engineering is a non-profit institution run by the Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar Educational and Charitable Trust. The Trust was founded by Mr. Shiv Nadar and (Late) Justice Pratap Singh, a judge of the Madras High Court, in 1994. A legal luminary, Justice Pratap Singh dedicated his life to a number of social causes that served the greater good of society.

The Trust has a three member Managing Committee which oversees its operations: Mr. Sivaprasad, advocate in the Madras High Court, Mr. N. Ranjit - Head of Operations, HCL Technologies, Chennai and Ms. Kala Vijaykumar, entrepreneur. The administrative and professional competence of these members are a valuable strength toward accomplishment of the Institution’s goals.
